It seems as if there are just people that are born cool. The hang out with cool people, they wear cool styles, and they are muses to other cool people. I cannot help but thinking of French women not only today, but also in the 60's. You know, Francoise Hardy, Jane Birkin. Or people who hung out with Andy Warhol, such as Edie Sedgwick. They always wore things so unexpected and follwed their own path. My most favorite icon of that era was Brigitte Bardot. She was not super-stylish but she radiated that effortless Parisian-chic vibe. The one we all want, or dream about. Where you can through jeans, a long sleeve shirt, and a pair of vintage boots and turn heads. Anyway, they are my muses for the week. There coolness in overwhelming. Enjoy.
1 & 2: Francoise Hardy
Edie Sedgwick
Both Brigitte Bardot.
So, wear a pair of old jeans and boots and HUGE earrings and messy hair. Be that cool 60's icon that you have always wanted to be.
